On Sunday, Wossman faced Ouachita Parish in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Wossman Wildcats walked away with a 58-49 victory over the Ouachita Parish Lions. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Wossman is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for Ouachita Parish, they moved to 16-8 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Wossman will face off against Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wossman knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Carroll likes a good challenge. As for Ouachita Parish, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Ouachita Parish Lions take on the Sterlington Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
