Volleyball Recap: Flambeau's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was a good run, but Flambeau unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Colfax Vikings. The shutout was out of character for the Falcons seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in September.

While Flambeau had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19.

Flambeau's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Colfax, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-13.

Flambeau wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Clayton on the 5th. As for Colfax, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Winter on the 4th.
