Softball Recap: Kent Place Comes Up Short

Kent Place fell victim to Summit and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Hilltoppers. The Dragons' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Kent Place saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lyla Sartorius, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

Kent Place's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Summit, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kent Place will welcome Union Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Summit, they will host Watchung Hills Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
