Baseball Game Preview: Green Canyon Wolfpack vs. Box Elder Bees

The Green Canyon Wolfpack will head out to challenge the Box Elder Bees at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Green Canyon has five straight wins, Box Elder has seven straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Green Canyon didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They skirted past Weber 6-4. That's two games straight that the Wolfpack have won by exactly two runs.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Box Elder's offense. They lost 10-0 to Mountain Crest on Tuesday.

Green Canyon's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Box Elder, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Green Canyon might still be hurting after the 11-4 loss they got from Box Elder in their previous meeting back in March of 2025. Can the Wolfpack avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
