Baseball Recap: Six Straight Home Victories for the Grace Christian Academy

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Grace Christian Academy walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Trinity Christian School of Griffin LIONS on Thursday, sneaking past 3-1.

On the hitting side, The Grace Christian Academy secured the victory behind a pair of hitters. One of them was Corey Anderson, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of three runs across that stretch. As for Trinity Christian School of Griffin, they moved to 4-12 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: The Grace Christian Academy beat the LIONS by a score of 4-0 later that day.
