Widefield took down Coronado on Saturday, a win that might not have happened without Braeden Mitton's standout performance. Mitton did his part (and then some), scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances for the 'W'. Widefield is undefeated when Mitton posts two or more stolen bases, but 2-6 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Mitton and Widefield will take on Pueblo South at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
