Volleyball Recap: New Albany Takes a Loss

New Albany was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Kossuth Aggies. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Aggies from their previous meeting back in August of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-14, 17-25, 25-11.

New Albany now has a losing record of 2-3-2. As for Kossuth, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, New Albany will face off against Pontotoc at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kossuth, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Tishomingo County at 6:00 p.m.
