Basketball Recap: Green Bay East Comes Up Short

Green Bay East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 30th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the West De Pere Phantoms 77-37. The matchup marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Green Bay East's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for West De Pere, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Green Bay East and New London will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. West De Pere will take on Pulaski in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. West De Pere knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Pulaski likes a good challenge.
