Baseball Recap: Jefferson Davis County Falls Short of Wesson in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jefferson Davis County can now relate to. They lost 18-0 to the Wesson Cobras on Friday. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Cobras recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Jefferson Davis County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Wesson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Jefferson Davis County nor Wesson have any future games scheduled.
