Softball Preview: Parkway Panthers vs. Logansport Tigers        
        
		
            
 Parkway is 0-3 against Logansport since April of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Thursday. The Parkway Panthers will head out on the road to  square off against  the Logansport Tigers at 5:00  p.m. Parkway will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last.
 Parkway has not done well against Haughton recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. Parkway came out on top against Haughton by a score of  14-11. Both teams can probably skip cardio this week after making that many trips around the bases.
  Chloe Larry was  incredible,  scoring four  runs and  stealing three bases while  getting on base  in all six of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Zoey Horn, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run and two  runs.
 Meanwhile, Logansport was not able to break out of their rough patch  last Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell  7-3 to LaSalle.
 Parkway's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Logansport, their loss  ended  an  11-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 16-4.
 Parkway came up short against Logansport when the teams last played  back in February, falling  7-3. Can Parkway avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
