Baseball Recap: Percy Julian Takes a Loss

Percy Julian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Stanhope Elmore Mustangs, falling 17-0. If the Phoenix were looking for revenge after losing 8-0 to the Mustangs when the teams met back in March of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Percy Julian's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Stanhope Elmore, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season.

While Percy Julian had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
