George Ranch extended their winning streak to six on Monday, bumping them up to 18-11-2. They came out on top against the Fort Bend Travis Tigers by a score of 7-3. This was payback for the Longhorns, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

As for Fort Bend Travis, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-13-1 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games.
