Basketball Recap: Global Concepts Gators vs. Holland Dutchmen
Global Concepts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The contest between them and the Holland Dutchmen didn't end well, with the Global Concepts Gators falling 67-48. The Gators were not able to make up for their loss to the Dutchmen from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Despite the loss, Global Concepts still got an impressive performance from Eric Davis, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards. Davis has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jose Castro, who posted nine points and five assists.
Even though they lost, Global Concepts smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in four consecutive games.
