Football Recap: Miami Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Miami's offense. They took a blow against Sports Leadership & Management on Thursday, falling 27-0. The loss leaves the Stingarees still looking for their first win of the season.

Miami's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Sports Leadership & Management, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.

Miami will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Homestead at 3:00 p.m. on March 31st. As for Sports Leadership & Management, they will square off against True North Classical Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average, (Sports Leadership & Management 4.8, True North Classical Academy 10.2) so any points scored will be well earned.
