Soccer Recap: Mcdowell's Undefeated Season over After Four Games + How To Watch

McDowell lost against Owen back in August of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Titans fell just short of the Warhorses by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to McDowell's undefeated start to the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Jovanny Sierra, who's now up to five this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, McDowell fell to 2-1-1. As for Owen, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, McDowell will be playing at home against R-S Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. McDowell are facing R-S Central at the right time seeing as R-S Central are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Owen, they are taking a road trip to challenge Asheville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Owen's defense better be ready for this one: Asheville have averaged an impressive 2.5 goals per game this season.
