Soccer Recap: Rank Disadvantage No Problem for Trinity Christian

Trinity Christian's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They never let the Faith Baptist Christian Academy Crusaders get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The win was all the more spectacular given Trinity Christian's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 297th, while Faith Baptist Christian Academy is ranked third).

Trinity Christian's victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9-1. As for Faith Baptist Christian Academy, they moved to 9-2 with that defeat, which also ended their six-match winning streak.

Coming up, Trinity Christian will square off against Lafayette Christian on Saturday. Faith Baptist Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
