Recap: Ardmore Tigers vs. Altus Bulldogs
The Ardmore Tigers can finally bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against Altus by a score of 21-13. The victory was just what Ardmore needed coming off of a 52-0 defeat in their prior game.
Although Altus took the loss, they still got scores from Colton Gillispie and Khamden Lane.
Ardmore's victory bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Altus, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-8.
Ardmore will look to defend their home field on Friday against Duncan at 7:00 p.m. Duncan is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Altus, they will head out on the road to face off against El Reno at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
