The Webb School had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.9 points) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Friday. They strolled past the Columbia Academy Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 61-45. Given the Feet's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 140th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The Webb School's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sophie Mcinturff led the charge by dropping a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Mcinturff a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Daria Biriuk, who went 7-for-17 en route to 19 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

The Webb School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive contests.

The Webb School's record is now 21-7. As for Columbia Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-15.
