Football Recap: Cooper's Undefeated Season over After Eight Games

After flying high against Episcopal School of Dallas last Friday, Cooper came back down to earth. The matchup between the Dragons and the Kinkaid Falcons didn't end well, with the Dragons falling 38-20. The contest marked the Dragons' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cooper fell to 7-1. As for Kinkaid, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cooper is set to challenge their familiar foe Episcopal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kinkaid will face off against rival St. John's at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
