It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Menendez had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They never let the Paxon School For Advanced Studies Golden Eagles onto the board and left with a 5-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won five matches by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory (which was Menendez's third in a row) raised their record to 7-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those three contests. As for Paxon School For Advanced Studies, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12-1 record this season.

Menendez will face off against Bishop Kenny at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Kenny is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season. Paxon School For Advanced Studies does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
