Volleyball Game Preview: Morton Potters vs. Limestone Rockets

The Morton Potters will venture away from home to square off against the Limestone Rockets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Morton comes in on nine and Limestone on 26.

On Thursday, Morton beat Pekin 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Morton took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Limestone was able to grind out a solid victory over Dunlap on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

While Limestone might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Dunlap scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21.

Limestone's win bumped their record up to 26-0. As for Morton, their victory bumped their record up to 18-2.
