The Hialeah Thoroughbreds are taking a road trip to face off against the Hialeah Educational Academy Biggie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hialeah is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Hialeah came up short against Miami and fell 5-2.

They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Biggie in their meetings with the Patriots: they've now lost four in a row.

JEREMIAH ACOSTA was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over 4.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, Hialeah Educational Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was BRIAN BOLANOS, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. That stolen base was BOLANOS' first of the season.
