Sanctions tainted Bellevue's run but success on the field won't be forgotten anytime soon.

Factoring in results and schedule strength, MaxPreps partner Ned Freeman at CalPreps.com has produced dynasty ratings for the top high school football programs in all 50 states.

Freeman's rating takes into account games going back to 2003, giving fans and readers and unmatched look at the high school football landscape over the past 15 years.

We head to the Pacific Northwest for a look at the state of Washington, which has produced several national Top 25 programs in recent years.
