Freeman's rating takes into account games going back to 2003, giving fans and readers and unmatched look at the high school football landscape over the past 15 years.
We head to the Pacific Northwest for a look at the state of Washington, which has produced several national Top 25 programs in recent years.
O'Dea reminded folks that it is still one of the state's superpowers by winning its first state title since 1995 last fall.
