Johnston City came out on top against Trico on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fifth inning. The Indians blew past the Pioneers 8-1. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Johnston City has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.1 runs on average over those games.
