Midlothian proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 26) but on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Kimball Knights , sneaking past 36-33.
Beau Wendel had a dynamite game for Midlothian, rushing for 153 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also throwing for 71 yards and two touchdowns. Jayce McCoy was Wendel's top target, picking up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 72 yards on only ten carries.
