Softball Recap: Lynn Classical Takes a Loss

After flying high against O'Bryant last Thursday, Lynn Classical came back down to earth. The Rams came up short against the Medford Mustangs on Thursday, falling 17-4. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Neveah Eth made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Chloe Corbett, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Lynn Classical's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Medford, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lynn Classical will head out to face off against Melrose at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Medford, they will take on Chelsea at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
