Basketball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss

Pendleton County lost against Campbell County back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Pendleton County Wildcats were dealt a 79-42 defeat at the hands of the Campbell County Camels. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Pendleton County and nudges their season record down to 2-3. As for Campbell County, their victory was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

Pendleton County will be home for the holidays to greet Paul Laurence Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Campbell County, they will head out to challenge Paintsville at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday.
