Soccer Recap: Weiser Takes a Loss

Weiser was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the McCall-Donnelly Vandals, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against McCall-Donnelly this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on September 2nd.

Weiser's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for McCall-Donnelly, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 8-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Weiser is set to take on their familiar foe Payette at 5:30 p.m. on October 7. Meanwhile, McCall-Donnelly will square off against rival The Ambrose School at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
