Softball Game Preview: Brentsville District Tigers vs. Central Woodstock Falcons

The Brentsville District Tigers will square off against the Central Woodstock Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Brentsville District comes in on five and Central Woodstock on three.

On Thursday, Brentsville District earned a 6-1 win over Meridian.

Brentsville District saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kate Search, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Central Woodstock got the win against Rappahannock County on Friday by a conclusive 18-1. The result was nothing new for the Falcons, who have now won 11 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Brentsville District's victory bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Central Woodstock, their win bumped their record up to 16-1.
