Softball Recap: Oberlin The Phoenix vs. Firelands Falcons
Oberlin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 7-3 to the Firelands Falcons.
For Firelands' part, Jeanette Crawford made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (she also didn't allow any walks). Crawford has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts every time she's pitched this season.
