Volleyball Recap: Poplar Bluff Comes Up Short

Poplar Bluff extended their losing streak to five on Wednesday, dropping them down to 7-19-3. They lost 3-0 to the Central Tigers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

As for Central, their win bumped their record up to 21-12-4. They not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 29th (when they won 3-0).

Among those leading the charge was Emma Smith, who had nine digs and two assists.

As of now, neither Poplar Bluff nor Central have any future games scheduled.
