Baseball Recap: Plano East Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Plano East lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Plano, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's contest. The Panthers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Wildcats a 7-0 shutout on Friday. The Panthers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since March 6th.

The team relied heavily on Jordan Yearby, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two).

Yearby wasn't the only one making solid contact: Plano East kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
