Pebble Hills and Coronado are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2020, but not for long. The Pebble Hills Spartans will be playing at home against the Coronado Thunderbirds at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Pebble Hills came up short against Franklin and fell 60-48. That's two games in a row now that the Spartans have lost by exactly 12 points.

Coronado has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 41-37 heartbreaker at the hands of Franklin.

Pebble Hills has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 17-13 record this season. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points over those games. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-10.
