Basketball Recap: Niles West's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Niles West had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 54-47 win over the Maine West Warriors on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-48 back in December of 2024.

Niles West's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for Maine West, they now have a losing record at 11-12.

Niles West will head out on the road to take on Taft at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Maine West has already played their next contest, a 63-43 win against College Prep of America on the 1st.
