            The Pearl City Chargers will challenge the Leilehua Mighty Mules at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Pearl City's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9  runs per game  this season, so Leilehua's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Saturday, Pearl City came up short against Campbell  and fell  6-1. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Jayson Au Hoy made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.  Ian Wicklund also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
 Even though they lost, Pearl City  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  struck out at most five  strikeouts in five consecutive  matchups.
Meanwhile, Leilehua can  bid farewell to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Saturday. They never let Waipahu get on the board and left with  a   3-0  win.
The result came thanks to  Tanner Tammarine's shutout, as he gave up just three  hits and racked up seven Ks.
 On the hitting side, Leilehua's victory was truly a team effort as eight different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Hurley Awana, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple and one  RBI.  Titan Pasco was another,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 The  win  got Leilehua back to even at 1-1. As for Pearl City, they now  have a losing record of 2-3-2.
