It was a good run, but Franklin unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Medfield Warriors by a score of 2-1.

Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Medfield, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will challenge Stoughton at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medfield, they will square off against Hopkinton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
