Basketball Recap: Bourgade Catholic Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a Battle of the Birds when Bourgade Catholic challenged Horizon Honors on Friday. The Golden Eagles took a 28-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The contest marked the Golden Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Despite the loss, Bourgade Catholic still got an impressive performance from Channel Ochoa, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 rebounds.

Horizon Honors' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tatum Spindler, who posted four points and eight boards. That's the most points Spindler has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Alicia Londono, who earned nine points.

Bourgade Catholic now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Horizon Honors, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.
