Basketball Recap: Molalla Takes a Loss

Molalla and Cascade squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Molalla had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Cascade Cougars 63-21. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now lost four in a row.

Molalla now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Cascade, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Molalla does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cascade, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on March 7th.
