Eustis waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Everything went their way against the Mount Dora Hurricanes as they made off with a 15-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won nine matches by nine runs or more so far this season.

Carson Roden looked comfortable as she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Eustis got a massive performance out of Adrianna Covino, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs Covino has posted since back in February. Brooklynn Mason was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Eustis kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in six consecutive games.

Eustis' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Mount Dora, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

As of now, neither Eustis nor the Hurricanes have any future games scheduled.
