Downingtown West extended their road winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Grace Hurley. The Whippets were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Conestoga Pioneers on Monday for which the team can thank Hurley, who had 17 assists and six digs. Hurley is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 12 every time she's taken the court this season.

Downingtown West was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-15, 25-23.

Conestoga lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Julia Long, who had eight digs and one assist.

Downingtown West's win bumped their record up to 7-1-1. As for Conestoga, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-10.

Downingtown West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Avon Grove on the 24th. As for Conestoga, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Garnet Valley on the 25th.
