Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Mount de Sales Academy are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2017, but not for long. Our Lady of Mount Carmel took their win against Mount de Sales Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2022 by a conclusive 70-46 score. In that matchup, the Cougars amassed a halftime lead of 46-20, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
