Basketball Game Preview: J.Z. George Jaguars vs. East Union Urchins

The J.Z. George Jaguars will head out on the road to square off against the East Union Urchins at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Last Friday, J.Z. George came up short against Union and fell 38-25. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, East Union entered their tilt with Walnut on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 57-51 W against the Wildcats.

J.Z. George's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for East Union, they pushed their record up to 22-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

J.Z. George was dealt a bruising 79-46 defeat at the hands of East Union when the teams last played back in December of 2022. Can J.Z. George avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
