Volleyball Recap: Flanagan-Cornell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Flanagan-Cornell lost against Tremont back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Turks.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16.

Abbi Armstrong paced Flanagan-Cornell's offense, picking up three kills. Armstrong got some help from Kaylee Delheimer and her five assists. Finally, Marley Highland kept Flanagan-Cornell's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Flanagan-Cornell's defeat dropped their record down to 14-7. As for Tremont, their victory ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 11-12.

Flanagan-Cornell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Tri-Valley on the 1st. As for Tremont, they will head out on the road to face off against Fisher at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
