Basketball Recap: Utica Academy of Science Atoms vs. Little Falls Mounties
After flying high against Adirondack last Friday, Utica Academy of Science came back down to earth. The Utica Academy of Science Atoms took a 48-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Little Falls Mounties. The Atoms were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mounties apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2022.

Utica Academy of Science lost on Monday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Akol Machteng, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds.
