Volleyball Recap: Brookfield Comes Up Short

Brookfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Cuyahoga Heights Red Wolves.

Brookfield actually scored more points across those five sets (107-94), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-21, 18-25, 25-22, 10-25, 16-14.

Brookfield's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Cuyahoga Heights, they moved to 7-14 with that win, which also ended their six-match losing streak.

As of now, neither Brookfield nor the Red Wolves have any future games scheduled.
