West Platte waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the North Platte Panthers by a score of 41-34. The score was all tied up 20-20 at the break, but the Bluejays were the better team in the second half.

Despite the loss, North Platte still got an impressive performance from Dylan Armstrong, who rushed for 288 yards and five TDs while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. Armstrong has become a key player for the Panthers: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

West Platte's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for North Platte, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

As of now, neither West Platte nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
