The Juggernauts have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Meanwhile, Bellevue hadn't done well against Calvary Christian recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 20-0 margin over the Cougars. Considering the Tigers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Bellevue moved to 3-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lloyd Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

Lloyd Memorial couldn't quite finish off Bellevue in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 and fell 17-15. Can the Juggernauts avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
