Softball Recap: Cleveland Comes Up Short

Cleveland blew Rainier Beach out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Rainier Beach got their revenge. Cleveland fell just short of Rainier Beach by a score of 18-16. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row dating back to last season.

Cleveland's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rainier Beach, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
