For the second straight game, Cuero will face off against Pearsall. The Gobblers will challenge the Mavericks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cuero is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

Cuero came out on top against Pearsall on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run sixth inning. The Gobblers walked away with an 8-5 win over the Mavericks. The victory continues a trend for the Gobblers in their matchups with the Mavericks: they've now won three in a row.

The team relied heavily on Julianna Cox, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Kendal Broll was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.

Cuero kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in eight consecutive games.

Pearsall's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-11-1. As for Cuero, their win bumped their record up to 20-6-1.
