Football Recap: Brunswick Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Edward Little last Saturday, Brunswick came back down to earth. The Dragons lost 34-12 to the Skowhegan River Hawks on Friday. The Dragons lost against the River Hawks in their previous head to head back in October of 2021, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 61-14 score last time.

Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Skowhegan, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Brunswick will face off against rival Fryeburg at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Skowhegan is set to challenge their familiar foe Mt. Blue at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
